Here at Other Ore, we're all about getting your orders to you fast and with care so that you can wear them as soon as possible. So we'll ship your items within 3 business days after your payment is processed, unless we tell you otherwise.

Our standard shipping policies are below but if you have more questions, our team operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time and questions about your order can be emailed to us. Thanks for shopping with us!

US Shipping

For orders shipping to US addresses, we offer flexible options to cater to your preferences.

  • Orders Over $75: Enjoy free shipping with USPS First Class Shipping.

  • Orders Under $75: For orders under $75, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. You have the option to choose either USPS First Class Shipping or USPS Priority Mail, with rates determined during the checkout process.
  • Expected Timing: 3-5 Business Days from processed payment.

International shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. This decision is rooted in our commitment to keeping prices accessible for our consumers, considering the additional complexities and costs associated with international duties.

Returns

At this time No Returns Accepted

Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to ensuring the hygiene of every item for our shoppers, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns at this time.

However we are looking into sustainable services that may allow us to accept and recycle returns in the future.

Damages

In the rare instance that one of our products arrives damaged or breaks during shipment, please email us within three days of receiving your order with an image and details of the damage.

Given the handmade nature of our jewelry and limited supplies, if an exact replacement is unavailable, we are more than happy to discuss suitable alternatives or provide a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
